I’m honored to be selected as the chef representing Vermont in the upcoming Great American Seafood Cook-Off! Thank you to Jordan Barry and Seven Days for sharing my story and shining a light on Laundry Day Takeaway.

We had an incredible time representing Vermont in my favorite city, New Orleans, at the Great American Seafood Cook-Off. It was so inspiring to be surrounded by such accomplished chefs. As someone new to this game, having the opportunity to travel, compete, and be part of such a fun (and intense!) event is something I’ll never forget. A huge thank you to Jen Pate for flying down, laying over, and running through it all with me.
